Business Development Expert

Results-driven business development professional with a strong GCC network to drive growth in our advisory services.

What you will do

  • Build and manage a pipeline of business advisory and consulting engagements across the GCC.
  • Develop relationships with founders, CHROs, CXOs, and commercial leaders in our target segments.
  • Co-author proposals with the partner team. Lead from first conversation to scope signed.
  • Represent The Glocal Partners at regional events, on partner panels, and in named-account conversations.

What you bring

  • 8+ years in B2B business development, with a documented track record of building GCC pipelines.
  • A meaningful existing network in at least two of: UAE, KSA, Egypt.
  • The communication discipline of a consultant. The ownership discipline of a founder.
  • English fluency required; Arabic strongly preferred.
