What you will do
- Build and manage a pipeline of business advisory and consulting engagements across the GCC.
- Develop relationships with founders, CHROs, CXOs, and commercial leaders in our target segments.
- Co-author proposals with the partner team. Lead from first conversation to scope signed.
- Represent The Glocal Partners at regional events, on partner panels, and in named-account conversations.
What you bring
- 8+ years in B2B business development, with a documented track record of building GCC pipelines.
- A meaningful existing network in at least two of: UAE, KSA, Egypt.
- The communication discipline of a consultant. The ownership discipline of a founder.
- English fluency required; Arabic strongly preferred.
