What you will do
- Lead delivery on engagements across one or more of our four practices.
- Work directly under a Managing Partner; own client-facing communication on your workstream.
- Contribute to our methodology, frameworks, and Insights publishing.
- Build into the client team — capability transfer is part of every engagement.
What you bring
- 10+ years in a relevant function (HR, L&D, CX, commercial growth, or transformation).
- Prior consulting tenure at a name-recognised firm OR equivalent in-house operating experience at a regional brand.
- Strong written communication. We measure ourselves on the clarity of what we deliver.
- Comfort with both senior stakeholder rooms and front-line execution.
